Why can’t I access my establishment?

Find out why you can’t view and manage a registered establishment in the Export Service.

You can access and manage your registered establishment in your Export Service account. To access an establishment:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. On your My account page and under 'Your linked businesses', select the business the establishment is part of.
  3. On the side menu, select 'Establishments'.

If you can't see or access an establishment, you may not be in its management or control list.

You can apply to add or remove people in management or control. For more information, go to Change people or details in management or control.

Management or control and myID

If you are in management or control but can't see your establishment, your name in management or control may not match your myID name. For more information, go to Names in management or control don't match.

Export Service account and management or control

Accessing a business in an account does not give you automatic access to the business’s establishments. You need to be on management or control of an establishment in addition to having an Export Service account.
